Software Training
Our experience of delivering technical software training gives us the ability to help your teams grasp new concepts and learn how to use new platforms. The following points are used to tailor the training to your requirements and the needs of your staff.
- Surveys to evaluate training requirements are covered.
- Programs are designed to convey the information.
- Materials are created such as guides and presentations.
- Supervision is provided to delegates as they learn technical skills.
- Assessments are used to determine effectiveness of the program.
- Collaboration with senior management to ensure expectations are met.
Process Mapping
Process mapping is a technique we use to visually map out workflows and processes; and here are the key stages we use:
- Determine the process to map, whether to be improved or newly defined.
- List all tasks involved in the process and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
- Write out the sequence of steps in the process.
- Use symbols to create a flowchart that represents the process visually.
- Share the process map with relevant team members.
- Analyse the map to identify areas for improvement.
Data Transformation
Data mapping helps integrate, transform, and effectively use data. During our data mapping process we refer to these key components:
- Source Data: Refers to the data before any mapping or importing.
- Target Data: Represents where the data needs to end up.
- Data Elements: Correspond to fields and their data types.
- Mapping Rules: Define how data should be transformed or converted.
- Data Transformations: The conversion of data from source to target.
