Product Management

3 Services Available

Having managed teams of software engineers and quality assurance analysts I know what it takes to run large maintenance projects as well as delivering greenfield technical solutions. Product management requires sitting in between the customer, or user, and technical teams tasked with writing and testing the code. Delivering technical training has also given me the skills to help teams grasp new concepts and learn how to use new platforms, which is especially important when developers are moved between software applications.

  • Evaluate gaps in understanding within the team.
  • Deliver short explanations to convey the information.
  • Provide materials such as guides and presentations.
  • Supervise teammates to build technical skills.
  • Assess progress to determine effectiveness of progress.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align expectations.

Customer Success

My experience of delivering exceptional service at all points in the customer journey has enabled greater insight into what is important for customers to be successful. Customer success requires listening to what is important so I adapt my services to suit existing processes and policies.

  • Determine the process and understand dependencies.
  • Identify tasks and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
  • Document special considerations and clarify terminology.
  • Create a flowchart that represents the process visually.
  • Share the summary with relevant team members.
  • Analyse the process to identify areas for improvement.

Data Transformation

Data Transformation

Data transformation and mapping helps integrate, transform, and effectively use data. During data mapping processes these key components are used:

  • Source Data: Refers to the data before any mapping or importing.
  • Target Data: Represents where the data needs to end up.
  • Data Elements: Correspond to fields and their data types.
  • Mapping Rules: Define how data should be transformed or converted.
  • Data Transformations: The conversion of data from source to target.
